In this vital role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues across a diverse range of equipment, performing necessary repairs, and scheduling maintenance work to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responding to service requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner that aligns with the department's objectives and the company's commitment to excellence.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in construction equipment
• Perform repairs and conduct maintenance work on various types of machinery
• Schedule and manage maintenance tasks based on customer requirements
• Ensure all service actions meet or exceed departmental objectives and standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to service requests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Must have good driving record
• Adhere to McCurley Dealerships, Safety & Environmental policies
• Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Dealership products
• Maintain own tools
