What will you do?- Work independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.
- Perform HVAC system testing.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of building automation systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Follow all safety standards and processes.
- Climb ladders and work in tight spaces when needed.
- Perform warranty services.
- Customer-friendly, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems (Package units, split systems, RTUs, mini-splits).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently.
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
