Technician, Service

• Work independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Perform HVAC system testing.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of building automation systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Follow all safety standards and processes.
• Climb ladders and work in tight spaces when needed.
• Perform warranty services.

• Customer‑friendly, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems (Package units, split systems, RTUs, mini‑splits).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
:
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. The full‑time position applies to candidates located in the United States. Schneider Electric offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, benefit bucks, flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, 401(k) with match, well‑being and recognition programs, 12 holidays per year, and 15 days of paid time off per year.
