Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Pasco, WA. The Carpenter will perform a variety of tasks including framing, installing structural components, and completing finish carpentry such as trim, cabinetry, and doors. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting plans, measuring and cutting materials, operating hand and power tools, and assembling and installing building materials according to specifications.
The role also involves maintaining a safe and organized work area, collaborating with other crew members, and meeting project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong carpentry skills, including experience with framing and finish carpentry.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications and follow construction plans.
- Knowledge of basic construction math, measurements, and material properties.
- Commitment to safety practices and adherence to job site safety regulations.
- Reliable transportation to Pasco, WA job sites and ability to work full-time schedules.
- Physical ability to perform construction tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience as a carpenter or in a related construction role; trade school or apprenticeship is a plus.
