Pacific Delivery and Logistics, LLC
, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking motivated individuals for delivery driver roles. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. This position is based out of WWG1 in PASCO, WA, serving the Columbia Basin of Eastern Washington including the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, and Pendleton areas.

• $23.00 starting hourly pay.
• Up to $1,120.50 per week (Base Pay + Overtime Opportunities + Bonuses).
• Performance reviews with pay increases: 90 days to $23.50/hr, 6 months to $24.00/hr, 12 months to $24.50/hr.

• Start time around 10:45 am; shifts range between 8–10 hours per day.
• Shifts available 7 days per week.
• Full-time work week is 4 days with 3 days off; weekends preferred.

• As a Delivery Associate, drive an Amazon-branded vehicle and deliver 150–300 packages per day.
• Interact with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner.
• Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information and customer delivery details.
• Load and unload packages for delivery; adapt to varying weather conditions.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must be willing to undergo a 4‑panel drug screen (no THC).
• Must be able to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van.
• Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds.

• Amazon-branded vehicle provided; non-CDL.
• Delivery vehicle, gas and insurance.
• Mobile delivery device and uniforms.
• Safety shoes after completion of driver training; snacks and beverages.

As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150–300 packages per day. You will be a delivery driver hero in the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner.
