Job Description

• $23.00 starting hourly pay.
• Up to $1,120.50 per week
  * includes Base Pay + Overtime Opportunities + Bonuses

Pacific Delivery and Logistics provides Performance Reviews with pay increases. Performance reviews focus on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety.

These include:

• 90-day performance review and opportunity to move from $23 to $23.50 per hour.
• 6-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.00 per hour.
• 12-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.50 per hour.

• Start time 10:45am - shifts range between 8-10 hours per day.
• Shifts are available 7 days per week.
• Full time work week is 4 days with 3 days off a week.
• Weekends preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States
• Must be willing to undergo a 4 Panel (no THC) drug screen
• Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van
• Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds

• Amazon-branded vehicle provided, Non-CDL
• Delivery vehicle, gas and insurance
• Mobile delivery device
• Uniforms
• Safety shoes after completion of driver training
• Snacks and beverages

As a Delivery Associate, you ll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day. You will be a delivery driver hero in the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner!

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
