Job Overview

Step into a high-energy logistics role at Zen‑Noh Hay, Inc. (ZHI), coordinating trucking, streamlining loading operations, and ensuring every container, booking, and document is precise and on time from start to finish.

• Coordinate with trucking companies to ensure on‑time delivery to ports.
• Generate and communicate loading schedules to loading crews.
• Verify booking information for accuracy and validity at ports.
• Trace containers to confirm they are received at the port on the correct booking number and vessel.
• Enter empty container numbers from truckers into the applicable system (e.g., 'Business Central').
• Verify, print BOLs, and distribute them to the loading crews.
• Enter loading and stack information into the applicable system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel within the assigned region as required.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Preferred:
  Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
• Experience: None required. Preferred:
  Truck dispatching experience with a transportation and logistics background.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of transportation, preferably within the trucking industry.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Good phone etiquette.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment.

Sedentary work with occasional lifting or pushing of up to 10 pounds. Requires close visual acuity for operating a computer terminal and performing tasks such as data preparation, reading, and inspecting small parts. The work environment is a normal office setting with moderate noise levels.
