Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter (Tri-Cities

Good news! We’re hiring a Waste Remedy Agent Trainee (Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter) to join our Tri-Cities Team! This position starts at $23.00-$26.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings based on recycling recovery efforts.

• Schedule:
  • Approximately 30-35 hours per week to start
  • Start time:6:00 AM, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday
• Responsibilities:
  • Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck.
  • Sort trash and recycling, clean enclosures, and handle furniture or appliances.
  • Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds.
• Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of relevant driving experience.
  • Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
  • Reliable attendance and communication.

• Competitive Pay: $23.00-$26.00/hour with bonus opportunities tied to recycling efforts.
• Benefits:
  • PTO accrual, eligible for use after 90 days
  • 401(k) plan after 180 days
