Job Summary: We are seeking hard-working, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our wood pallet logistics team. As an RPC Sorter, you will be responsible for the manual sortation of Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs), dunnage airbags, and other materials to meet production goals and Propak standards. This role is vital for maintaining an organized warehouse and ensuring that reusable materials are processed efficiently and accurately.

• Range: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour
• Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Guaranteed Progression: 50-cent per hour increases at 90 days, 1 year, and annually thereafter for a total of 5 years, reaching the maximum rate at 5 years in this role.

• Manual Sortation: Sorting RPCs or other material as needed by hand in a neat and orderly fashion according to established criteria.
• Airbag Management: Categorizing inflatable dunnage airbags, ensuring usable bags are organized for reuse, and properly disposing of unusable ones.
• Maintenance: Maintaining a clean work environment by sweeping debris around warehouse and dock areas.
