Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for immediate contract openings in Pasco, WA. This full-time, 3-month assignment is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and contributing to a fast-paced warehouse, shipping, receiving, and distribution environment.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by picking, packing, sorting, receiving, staging, stocking, and loading materials. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, construction, industrial, yard, or physical labor experience who are ready to build additional logistics and material handling skills.
You will join a safety-focused, team-oriented environment that values reliability, strong attendance, and a willingness to learn. Training support is available, including sit-down forklift training if needed, making this a strong opportunity for motivated candidates who want to grow their warehouse experience.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, sort, receive, stage, and stock warehouse inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments while following safety and material handling procedures.
- Verify materials, maintain inventory organization, and support accurate counts and records.
- Operate or train to operate a sit-down forklift as needed.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, secure, and organized throughout daily operations.
- Work as part of a team to support shipping, receiving, returns, yard, and general warehouse activity.
- Pay: $18 to $20 per hour.
