Experienced Property Manager
- Paso Robles, CA

MBS Property Management is looking for an energized and ambitious Property Manager to join our team. We are looking to hire an experienced candidate to help us keep growing and be dedicated to the continued success for a 44-Unit apartment community. Qualified candidates will be given the opportunity to join a positive environment where teamwork and respect are promoted. This position is 30-hours a week.

Our ideal candidate Is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to work independently with little oversight. Is marketing savvy, must have a passion for customer service. Is well organized, punctual, self-driven with great follow through. Is a team player, dependable and will always provide outstanding customer service to residents. You will have problem-solving skills with an ability to independently address issues and resolve disputes, and act independently in face-to-face situations using judgment, tact, and discretion.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of Property Management.
  • Affordable Housing Experience (TC/HUD)
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
  • Customer service and General Office experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data research.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills. English language proficiency.
  • High energy, friendly, eager-to-assist and professional demeanor
