The Customer Care Rep I is the primary interface between the customer and Zurn Elkay.
- Actively manage customer orders
- Answer inbound call and email cases
- Work and interact with multiple intercompany departments
- Identify, investigate and research user questions and problems
- Assist external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Experience in the plumbing industry preferred
- Experience with CRM and ERP tools is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Salary Range:
The compensation range(s) identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
- Competitive Hourly Rate - $21.74 - 26.63/hour
