Treatment Coordinator / Front Office Coordinator

Pay: $24.00–$35.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Oaks Dental Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator / Front Office Coordinator
. We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

This is an in-person position working approximately 32 hours per week
.

The Treatment Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience from the moment a patient calls or walks through our doors. This position combines front office responsibilities with treatment coordination, insurance administration, and day-to-day office operations.

While prior dental experience is appreciated, it is not required
. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people.

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Present and discuss treatment plans with patients
• Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage information
• Coordinate patient financing and payment arrangements
• Work with our insurance support team (E-Assist) to ensure claims are processed appropriately
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and financial arrangements
• Assist with administrative and office management tasks as needed
• Help maintain an efficient, organized, and positive office environment

• Open Dental practice management software
• E-Assist insurance claims management platform

Experience with either system is a plus but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Dental office experience preferred but not required
