Daily Rate $200 per day;
Long term Substitutes $225 per day;
Retired Teachers $225 per day.

Length of Work Year: 10 months.

PRJUSD is seeking Substitute Teachers for in‑person instruction. Under the direction of the site administrator, the Substitute Teacher provides classroom coverage as assigned when regular teachers are absent. The Substitute Teacher must be confident teaching a wide range of developmental age groups.

• Copy of California Teaching Credential and/or Emergency 30‑Day Substitute Permit
• Verification (or copy of receipt) of DOJ fingerprint processing through the County Office of Education
• Verification of TB Clearance
• Complete copies of transcripts
• Optional attachments – Resume, Letters of Recommendation
