Responsibilities- Medication assistance or administration of medications according to state requirements and physicians’ written orders.
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet the state’s specific certification requirements (required).
- A minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience working with older adults (priority given).
- Ideal candidate will be caring, organized, and able to multi-task.
- Flexible scheduling (FT/PT) — in most cases, we can accommodate your schedule.
- Same day pay options available (FT/PT).

The salary range for this position is $18.50 to $23.00 per hour. Pay is based on factors including education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage; disability insurance; 401(k) with match; paid time off (PTO); flexible hours for better work-life balance;
