Finance Manager

Looking to hire a strategic and results-driven Finance Manager to lead financial operations for a thriving business unit. This role is pivotal in driving both short-term performance and long-term growth for a business generating over $500M in annual revenue.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for a high-impact business unit.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Deliver actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial models and influence business strategy.
