In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in our assembly processes, contributing to the production of top-quality products that our customers trust. Pay Rate:
$17 - $19/hour
Schedules:
* Monday - Friday
* 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
* 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Job Duties:
* Perform moderately complex and intricate assembly operations and processes with precision.
* Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and ensuring subassemblies meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and meet production targets.
Required Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise assembly instructions.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
* Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
* Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience in production or warehouse settings is a plus.
Other Requirements:
* Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
* Ability to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
