Your Role

As an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient‑centered care while working in a high‑performing team committed to excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x‑rays, labs, and EKGs.
  • Perform typical urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
  • Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow (generally 4–5 patients per hour).

About You
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license, DEA license, and controlled‑substance license.
  • Ability to treat patients of all ages.
  • Valid state license and national certification for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in ER, urgent care or a similar setting.
  • Ability to work two full weekends per month (required for full‑time clinicians).
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
  • Availability to work in other clinic locations and some holidays as needed (preferred).
  • BLS and/or ACLS certification required before first day.
  • DOT certification required prior to start date (Carbon will cover the course and exam fees).
Compensation

Hourly Base Rate: $59.25 – $82.00

Productivity Bonus:
Up to an additional 28%

Part‑Time Salary (minimum 2 shifts per week): $61,620 – $85,280 base; $67,166 – $92,955 with productivity bonus

Full‑Time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per week): $92,430 – $127,920 base; $109,067 – $150,946 with productivity bonus

Compensation includes an hourly rate, a wRVU bonus plan, a weekend differential, and a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.

The Company complies with all state and local wage and hour laws. It provides a total rewards package of compensation plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, learning and development programs, and Paid Time Off.
