As a NAPA Counter Sales, you will be the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. While technical repair skills are not required, a background in automotive parts is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
• Assisting team members with customer inquiries.
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment using various technologies.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in auto parts or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership work.
• Experience with inventory or cataloging systems.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• ASE Certifications.
