Red Tail Residential in Paso Robles, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multi-family communities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs, while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, EPA Universal and CPO preferred, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
