Join a family-owned wine producer where maintenance plays a direct role in keeping production running and preparing the winery for harvest. We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, preventing downtime, and working closely with production and winemaking teams.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and pre-harvest inspections on pumps, conveyors, motors, tanks, and other production equipment.
• Diagnose breakdowns, identify root causes, and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Support equipment setup and changeovers during production and harvest.
• Document maintenance work and communicate equipment needs with the team.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.

• Maintenance experience in a winery, beverage, food, or other manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and schematics and use common maintenance tools.
• A team-oriented approach and willingness to respond to changing production needs.
• Availability for additional hours during the seasonal harvest period.
