Senior Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a large, multi‑site physical therapy healthcare organization to identify a Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations. This role is highly hands‑on and best suited for a detail‑oriented accounting professional with strong general ledger, fixed assets, close, and financial reporting experience in a multi‑location environment
.

• Perform and review general ledger reconciliations
  , ensuring timely resolution of variances
• Own fixed asset accounting
  , including additions, disposals, depreciation, and roll‑forwards
• Play a key role in month‑end close
  , including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis
• Prepare and support monthly financial reporting for management
• Assist with intercompany accounting and consolidation across multiple entities and locations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control standards
• Support internal and external audit requests as needed
• Partner closely with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial results

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong hands‑on background in GL accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end close
• Fixed asset accounting experience required
• Financial reporting experience within a multi‑location or multi‑entity organization
• Prior healthcare experience preferred (physical therapy, MSO, physician practice, or similar)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000
