We are working with a Venture Backed Start-up in the Healthcare space that is looking for a dynamic Controller to join their organization. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a hybrid schedule and equity!
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ownership over all Accounting operations including month-end close
- Oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Lead implementations of ERP systems and business tools to improve company efficiency
- Liaise with external consultants and auditors to prepare annual tax filings/ fulfill audit requests
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA
- At least 2+ years in Big 4 or 2nd Tier Public Accounting firm
- Must have worked in either a P/E or V/C-backed start-up
- Must be comfortable being an individual contributor
$175,000 - $200,000 + Equity
