Senior Accountant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative and growing finance team within a global manufacturing organization. This role offers a strong mix of technical accounting, financial reporting, and operational exposure—ideal for a hands‑on professional looking to grow within a dynamic environment.

• Support monthly and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

• Manage fixed asset tracking and reporting
• Support capital expenditure accounting

• Oversee accounting for customer incentive and rebate programs

• Monitor cash activity and maintain strong internal controls
• Support inventory accounting and cost analysis initiatives

• Provide oversight and guidance to accounts payable and receivable functions
• Review and approve work prepared by accounting staff

• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience
• Prior experience reviewing or supervising staff work

• Experience with Power BI is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and at all levels of the organization
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
