Facilities Department Administrative Assistant

Full‑Time, 35‑Hour Position

Position Summary

LADACIN Network is seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Facilities Department. This full‑time position plays an important role in maintaining department operations, coordinating administrative functions, and assisting with reporting and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with office technology and software programs, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Previous experience working within a facilities department is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department
  • Maintain departmental records, databases, and files
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and operational reports as needed
  • Utilize computer software and office equipment to support daily operations
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and departmental communications
  • Support management with administrative projects and reporting requirements
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the position
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a facilities department required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Must pass all required background and employment screenings

This position is based in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
