Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Job Description
The Campus Support Coordinator serves as a pivotal partner to campus leadership, ensuring operational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and the seamless execution of administrative functions. This role supports campus leadership through exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth campus operations, including managing correspondence, official documents, and confidential records.
- Design, implement, and refine administrative processes to improve workflow efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Develop, compile, and analyze operational and statistical reports to support leadership decision‑making.
- Coordinate complex scheduling, meetings, and events aligned with strategic goals.
- Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives, departmental projects, and enterprise priorities.
- Oversee coordination with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure operational continuity.
- Responsible for contracting Visiting Faculty.
- Serves as the Campus Incident Commander.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- High School Diploma required.
- 3+ years of customer service, operations support, or related experience required.
- Ability to work a variety of office hours including evenings and weekends.
- High level of interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team.
- Must be a self‑starter with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- PC skills in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and database; experience with Student Information Systems a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $17.15 and $28.18. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
