Are you an organized, proactive, and sharp Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? A leading financial institution in New Jersey is seeking an EA to support senior leadership during a maternity leave period.
In this role, you’ll be the right hand to executives – ensuring smooth operations, professional communication, and seamless coordination across the office. You’ll manage schedules, prepare documentation, support key initiatives, and keep priorities running on time.
Banking experience is a plus, but not required – strong Executive Assistant experience and polished communication skills matter most.

- Availability for a 4–6 month contract starting ASAP
