Work Hours: 80 Hours Bi-weekly

Salary Range: $16.50 to $25.00 Per Hour

• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities when reviewing documents and reports
• Ability to work efficiently and prioritize work assignments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and/or Microsoft Office tools support
• Positive attitude and desire to learn
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Receive and process homestead exemption and owner occupancy applications to determine if qualifications have been met.
• Receive and process rental registration forms
• Oversee the tax foreclosure process for all delinquent parcels in Hamilton County
• Manage documentation and enter information into our system
• Communicate professionally and effectively with property owners, attorneys and other government entities
