Part time Front Desk Assistant (25 hours per week)
Key responsibilities- Undertake scanning, filing and archiving deliverables.
- Participate in annual and ad‑hoc projects such as retention and data destruction projects.
- Complete facilities administrative tasks using Work, Excel and Outlook – updating trackers, managing invoices and stationery.
- Maintain internal authorised signatory lists.
- Handle front‑of‑house duties including visitor and hospitality services, meeting‑room booking, messaging and mailroom tasks.
- Liaise with third‑party contractors (e.g., couriers).
- Fulfil health & safety policy duties and obtain / maintain necessary qualifications.
- Support Business Continuity Plan activities as outlined in the BCP plan.
- Serve as an active member of the Social Committee and assist with event planning.
- Assist Business Development / Marketing events.
- Perform general office maintenance, environmental services—such as WFH hardware collection, waste management and recycling.
- Provide general office maintenance and any other duties reasonably required.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
- Committed, professional team player who delivers quality support services.
- Can balance multiple tasks and seek guidance when needed.
- Responsive to ad‑hoc requests and unexpected events.
- Capable of resolving queries promptly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses qualifications such as Fire Marshall or First Aider, or willing to obtain them.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Basic handyman maintenance skills.
- Clean driving licence.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and an excellent team player.
- Ability to operate in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidentiality.
