We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM professional with deep experience supporting healthcare organizations and managing patient lifecycle workflows. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams, helping drive CRM strategy, optimization, and operational excellence within Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on Salesforce CRM expertise (Service Cloud/Sales Cloud), outstanding client‑facing communication skills, and prior experience within healthcare environments such as orthopedics, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or related patient‑care organizations.
This is not a Salesforce Marketing Cloud role. We are specifically seeking someone focused on the CRM/patient management side of Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Salesforce CRM initiatives focused on patient engagement, intake, scheduling, referrals, communications, and lifecycle management
- Partner directly with customers, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Act as a functional and technical Salesforce SME across CRM workflows, integrations, reporting, and process optimization
- Design and improve patient journey workflows, including onboarding, follow‑up care, referral management, and retention strategies
- Support and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, IT, analytics, and customer success
- Drive user adoption, process standardization, and CRM best practices
- Assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, data management, and ongoing platform enhancements
- Provide leadership during client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution discussions
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with healthcare operational and compliance requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience in a functional, technical, or hybrid capacity
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM platforms such as Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Experience supporting patient lifecycle management, patient engagement, scheduling, intake, referrals, or care coordination workflows
- Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Experience leading meetings, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions to business users and customers
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with in orthopedics, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or related healthcare specialties
- Experience with healthcare CRM integrations and patient management systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA‑compliant workflows and healthcare operational processes
- Experience working in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented healthcare organizations
