MARKETING // SOCIAL MEDIA

• Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss business needs
• Collaborate with event bookers to strategize new business opportunities
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to build relationships
• Oversee, create, and manage content on social media pages

EVENT COORDINATION

• Assist the Events Operations Manager
• Manage logistics for all events
• Handle all permitting paperwork
• Build and maintain relationships with vending partners before and after events
• Manage inquiries related to events and serve as the main contact

ADMINISTRATION // CUSTOMER SERVICE

• File all invoices
• Manage and update trackers
• Respond to customer calls and emails
