Senior Product Development Manager - Textiles

We are an established home textile sourcing and product development company seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Manager to help expand our growing Bedding & Home Textile business with major off-price retailers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned industry professional who has extensive experience developing quilts, comforters, blankets, coverlets, and bedding programs for retailers such as TJX, Home Goods, Marshalls, and other value/off-price channels.

• Identify trends, fabrics, constructions, embellishments, and value-engineered opportunities.
• Work closely with overseas factories and sourcing teams to develop commercially successful products.
• Support retailer presentations, line reviews, and product strategy.
• Help build and expand business opportunities with TJX, Home Goods, Marshalls, and similar retailers.
• Provide guidance on pricing, product architecture, packaging, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to create winning assortments.

• 10+ years of experience in Bedding/Home Textiles Product Development.
• Strong expertise in quilts, blankets and throws.
• Direct experience working with TJX, Home Goods, Marshalls, or other off-price retailers.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, manufacturing, product costing, and retailer requirements.
• Existing industry relationships are highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
