Source-to- ERP Specialist

Our client is an FMCG business, currently going through a significant period of transformation. It is a genuinely interesting moment to join.

This is a ten-month fixed-term contract sitting within the ERP transformation program, specifically covering the source-to-pay workstream across the United States and Canada. The business is migrating from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and this role is the specialist support for procurement and accounts payable through that process. In practice, that means helping design and configure the purchase-to-pay cycle (requisitions, orders, approvals, matching, payment runs and vendor master), supporting testing and UAC, and seeing issues through to resolution at cutover and beyond.

The right person will have three to five years of solid S2P or accounts payable experience, ideally in a corporate or shared services environment, and a working knowledge of the purchase-to-pay cycle end to end. Exposure to Dynamics 365 is helpful, as is any prior experience on a systems implementation. Above all, this suits someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, organised under pressure, and happy to get into the detail as part of a delivery team.

This role reports into the Finance Lead for ERP Transformation and sits within the wider program team. The role is hybrid, based three days a week in the office, and offers a base salary of $125,000 to $145,000 with a performance bonus.
