Process Assessment & Design

• Build and optimize processes supporting both business operations and IT solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end process mapping across upstream and downstream functions, including areas where influence exists but direct control may not.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps with detailed gap analyses.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Value Stream Management

• Create and maintain value stream maps illustrating demand, workflow, constraints, and delivery challenges.
• Drive initiatives to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve throughput across the value stream.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize interconnected processes.

Metrics, Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Define and implement operational metrics and KPIs.
• Establish quality controls and governance mechanisms.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate root cause analysis sessions using both quantitative metrics and qualitative stakeholder feedback.

Implementation & Change Leadership

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of process improvement initiatives.
• Manage implementation of corrective actions and sustainable process changes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Train teams on newly established processes and continuous improvement methodologies.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Drive initiatives independently with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Influence stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
• Provide proactive leadership and challenge the status quo to drive operational excellence.

Required Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• Value Stream Mapping.
• Process Mapping (Current State/Future State).
• Gap Analysis.
• Continuous Improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis.
• Quality Management.
• KPI and Metrics Development.

• Master Black Belt certification.
