Cruxx in New Jersey is seeking an Operations Coordinator on-site to support its rapid growth. You will sit with the operations lead, take tasks off his plate, and help move to a larger office, handling desks, chairs and setup.
Over time you will learn the robotic system, work with engineers, surgeons and the clinical team in the OR, training for first cases and ensuring smooth operations. This role blends operations, project coordination and customer discovery.
