Tilefy is looking to hire a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service / Office Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day inside operations of our business.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer chats
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and internal team members
- Process BOLs for shipments
- Process UPS shipments and sample requests
- Maintain internal sample library stock levels
- Monitor and maintain Material Bank stock levels
- Assist with job complaints and help coordinate resolutions
- Support daily office operations and internal communication
- Keep tasks organized and follow through on open items
The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, office management experience, or experience in a similar inside operations role. They should be dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Office management or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to stay organized and manage daily tasks
- Comfortable answering phones, responding to chats, and assisting customers
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. In-office position.
About the RoleThis is an important inside operations position that supports customers, shipments, samples, inventory, and the internal team. The right person will help keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering a high level of service.
