We’re looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Support Representative s is a great entry-level opportunity to join a startup early on and grow with the company. This role spans across customer support, operations, and product.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Expediting and troubleshooting customer transactions
• Engaging with customers through email and phone calls
• Identifying customer needs or problems and designing solutions

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently
• Experience with Excel and ability to learn new computer systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience at a startup, in customer service, or in retail is a plus!
