Smarter Agent is a leading real estate software platform. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support to our clients.

• Be the first contact point for customer inquiries via Zendesk tickets, email, and phone.
• Resolve issues and provide Tier 1 support; collaborate with technical teams for Tier 2 issues.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide training to larger customers.
• Work cross‑functionally with account and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
• Participate in quality testing and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Tech‑savvy with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience with project management or quality assurance is a plus.
• Team player who can work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
