ER Associates in Passaic, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced logistics team on a contract basis. You will interact with customers, partners, and drivers by phone and email to resolve delivery issues.
The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment, with Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday shifts 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
