Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Contract)
Location: Passaic, NJ
Max Pay Rate:
18.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred!
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced logistics team. In this role, you'll work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure exceptional service by resolving delivery-related issues and providing timely support via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer and business partner inquiries via phone and email
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related issues
- Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress
- Scan haul-away PODs and verify documentation
- Process delivery order changes and cancellations
- Maintain accurate records while providing excellent customer support
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Logistics or transportation industry experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
