About the Position:

• Full-time position
• Teach a variety of high school math courses (specific courses will be determined based on qualifications and school needs)
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters a love for mathematics
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
• Motivate students to achieve their academic potential
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a strong math curriculum
• Utilize data to track student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or a related field
• New Jersey Teacher of Mathematics Certification (or eligibility for certification)
• Strong understanding of math content and pedagogy
• Experience teaching high school math preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Passion for helping students succeed
