Program Manager
Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

Program Manager Pay Rate$20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
Program HoursMonday – Friday, 7:00 am – 9:15 am and 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm. Schedule will be based on school location.
You’ll Drive The Mission By- Ensuring safety and joy standards are met, supporting clear roles and responsibilities for staff, maintaining site documents and licensing standards, and outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures.
- Providing ongoing coaching, fostering respectful relationships among staff, and addressing challenges promptly to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
- Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols to guarantee the well‑being of all participants and submitting proof of MMR vaccination.
- Meeting the minimum age requirement of 18 years and providing proof of a high school diploma or GED.

Engaging families, partners, peers, and children through timely responses during program hours, and collaborating regularly with the Area Manager. - Documentation & Compliance:
Maintaining accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs, and completing “name to face” attendance procedures. - Daily Routine:
Implementing daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.
- Experience balancing competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED completed.
- Experience working with children and familiarity with unique and special needs.
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related fields.
- Strong communication skills—oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards when interacting with students, parents, staff, and the community.
- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
- First Aid and CPR in-person certification.
- Cleared tuberculosis test.
- Other state‑specific requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED plus 6 hours child‑care training and 3 hours child‑program‑management training, or equivalent certification and experience.
- Certificate as a Recreation Technician from NRPA with 6 hours child‑care training, 3 hours program‑management training, and 2 years of experience.
- Child Development Associate certificate, Group Teacher approval, or 15 college credits in child development or related fields plus required training and 2 years of experience.
- 15 college credits in unrelated fields plus 6 hours child‑care training, 3 hours program‑management training, and 3 years of experience.
- Other qualifications as listed, including Associate’s or Bachelor’s degrees with required training and experience.
