Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. The mission emphasizes inspiring a love of learning, supporting schools, and giving families peace of mind.

This position will start the  school year. Educator Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00 (based on education and experience). Program

Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 7:15 am‑8:35 am and 3:20 pm‑6:00 pm.

• Daily program meetings, reviewing goals, sharing ideas, and promoting collaboration.
• Organizing and facilitating daily activities and curriculum that align with program objectives.
• Modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management to create a safe nurturing environment.
• Prioritizing safety, documenting attendance and incidents, and following safety protocols.
• Communicating effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Team‑oriented approach.
• At least one year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and a commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Meet state‑specific requirements.
• First‑Aid and CPR in‑person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of high‑school diploma or GED required.
