TRS Operators Level 2-4

We are supporting ongoing drilling operations in the Middle East, delivering Tubular Running Services (TRS) across both onshore and offshore environments. We are seeking experienced TRS Operators Level 2–4 to support operational execution across multiple drilling campaigns.

The TRS Operator will be responsible for supporting tubular running operations, ensuring equipment is operated safely and efficiently in line with operational procedures and wellsite requirements. This role requires strong hands‑on TRS experience and the flexibility to work across offshore and onshore operations.

• Execute TRS operations in line with approved procedures and SOPs
• Support tubular running activities across drilling operations
• Operate and maintain TRS equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure compliance with HSE and operational standards
• Support offshore and onshore operational teams
• Maintain accurate operational reporting and equipment readiness

Minimum 2 years hands‑on TRS operational experience

Strong understanding of drilling support operations

Ability to work across offshore and onshore environments

Experience operating in safety‑critical wellsite environments

• Previous Middle East operational experience
• Experience with major service companies
• Strong operational discipline and teamwork capability
• Ability to mobilise within project timelines
