We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. The ideal candidate will support manufacturing operations, process improvements, equipment troubleshooting, and compliance activities within a regulated environment.

• Support daily manufacturing and production engineering activities
• Assist with process improvements and equipment troubleshooting
• Collaborate with quality, validation, and operations teams
• Review and maintain engineering and manufacturing documentation
• Support investigations, CAPA, and deviation activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP/FDA and company quality standards
• Assist with equipment qualification and process validation activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
• Basic understanding of GMP/cGMP and FDA regulations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams

• Experience with validation, CAPA, or quality systems
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and process troubleshooting
• Knowledge of engineering documentation and SOPs

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in pharma or medical device industries
