• Lead full estimating process from take-off through to final submission
• Price structural steel and bridge erection packages
• Work with leadership on bid strategy and value engineering
• Review subcontractor quotes and select suitable partners
• Support and mentor junior estimators

• Experience estimating structural steel or bridge projects
• Strong understanding of AISC standards and DOT processes
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail focused with a proactive approach
