Solar Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Solar Electrical Engineer to support the design and execution of utility‑scale and commercial photovoltaic (PV) systems. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of full project design, contribute to technical decision-making, and support projects from concept through construction.

• Lead electrical design for utility‑scale and commercial solar PV projects (MW scale)
• Develop complete construction document packages, including drawings and specifications
• Perform detailed system modeling and analysis using PVSyst and ETAP
• Design medium voltage (MV) systems and support electrical distribution design
• Prepare single‑line diagrams and coordinate with utilities
• Conduct site investigations and support construction administration activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client‑facing discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and support design quality across projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE required)
• 5+ years of commercial or utility‑scale solar experience (MW‑scale projects required)
• Strong experience with: ETAP, PVSyst, AutoCAD
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality construction documents
• Experience with medium voltage systems and power distribution design
