Services Specialist – Commissioning

As a Field Services Specialist you will manage resources, logistics, and maintenance activities on customers' sites, ensuring operational readiness and equipment performance.

• Handle all activities related to the testing and validation of equipment, facilities, or plant to meet design objectives and specifications.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through reports and verbal communication.
• Maintain calibration of specialized tools.
• Apply standardized project processes and guidelines for selecting appropriate actions.
• Relay and implement updated processes and procedures from other functions.
• Work under predefined contracts and frameworks.

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of field maintenance experience, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Mechanical aptitude in personal and professional experience.
• Ability to travel 65–80% of the time by vehicle and air, depending on location.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, applied engineering, or technology.

Annual pay range: $79,380.00 – $. Salary depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
