We are looking for an Electrical Engineer Associate to join our Warshauer Electric Supply team in Tinton Falls, NJ!

The Electrical Engineering Associate, under the supervision of a licensed PE, will perform electrical studies consisting of short circuit, coordination, and arc flash analyses to generate a formal report to be submitted with switch gear submittal packages. The associate will also be responsible for designing power distribution systems, photometric calculations providing one-line diagrams, and panel schedules as part of full electrical plan drawings.

• Electrical studies – Use engineering software to model and analyze electrical systems related to switch gear sales, and generate a report summarizing the analysis.
• Engineering design and sales support – design lighting and power distribution systems for clients, and provide engineering calculations to assist switch gear sales group with value engineering options for ongoing and prospective projects.
• Project Management – Assist Project Management team as needed and with technical issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
