• Facilitate and participate in weekly meetings with program office and production operations
• Obtain and update information weekly on status of program production with DEPOT staff; meet with support groups to facilitate completion of milestones
• Review budgets and approve procurement, buys and equipment. Support genBOEs, support Statement of Work and Estimate to Completion for future proposals and existing programs, working with support groups to obtain information
• Develop and provide reports weekly and monthly on programs in several different systems

• Bachelor’s degree relating to Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Production Management, Manufacturing Management, Business Management, Finance or equivalent disciplines
• Knowledge with computer systems, databases and programs such as Tableau, SAP, purchasing systems or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Budget knowledge
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills
• Familiar with working with support groups for customers both internal and external

• Knowledge and/or ability to manage a budget and report status to leadership
• Ability to obtain CAM certification
• Knowledge and/or ability to generate/use SAP, Solumina, ADIS or similar
• Knowledge and support of improvement initiatives

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen. Clearance Level: Secret.

Salary range (New Jersey): $66,600 - $111,000.
